As we live in Melbourne, we were reliant on agent that was familiar with the area and would also keep us informed with the progress of the sale process. We began communicating with Courtney a few months before the property went on the market. She kept in regular contact with us even though we were travelling and not always readily available. The sale went through very quickly and without a hitch. Courtney made the whole experience stress free and the end result was well beyond our expectations.
