This was our 1st home purchase in Australia and daunting as it may seem,. Courtney was very understanding as we didn’t know the Australian housing system. She came round to our home when we formally submitted our offer and talked us through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, any questions we had were answered and if there were any unanswered questions, she would find the answers. Courtney kept us advised us of progress in the purchase and would always be available for questions.
