My partner and myself are only very new to the real estate game, just purchasing our first house at 21years old. To be perfectly honest we were unsure of how the process of buying a house actually worked and had never filled in a contract or made an offer before. Upon first meeting Courtney we got the impression that she was incredibly friendly and upfront with us. Throughout the entire process we found she was never dishonest or tried to deceive us in any way. I loved that she didn't beat around the bush and gave us clear answers to our questions. Even as she worked hard for the sellers we felt she also had our best interests at heart as first home buyers. Courtney walked us through how to fill out our first offer and gave us all the advice she could when making our second. As a couple with limited knowledge of the processes and procedures involved any dishonest agent could have easily taken advantage of us. Courtney proved she was different from agents we had met previously and worked with incredible ethics. I truely believe without this assistance we may have missed out on our dream home or over paid for it. We had some slight bumps with our finance going through - requiring 2 extensions however we never felt under pressure from Courtney or like we would loose the place.
