I felt there was too much tedious discord between agent, property manager and tenants. This continual conflict was a definate barrier to allowing more advertising time, more open houses/ inspections to achieve a better sale price. It was sold, however, disappointed to find a $20k increase achieved by similar property in complex within a couple of weeks of our sale.
We cannot commend Courtney highly enough as she achieved the best sale price in the complex so far for the sale of our unit. She has been extremely professional in all of her dealings with us and kept us constantly informed. Her friendly and pleasant manner has made the whole experience a pleasure for us.
