After having with other agents and having them tell me it won't get anywhere near the sale price that i was hoping for Courtney was open and honest about what her expectations were and what Courtney could do. In the end i got heaps more then expected which was the best thing and Courtney had it under contract in a timely manner. Very happy overall with the success of the sale.
