Their communication was outstanding—always available to answer questions and provide updates. Their market knowledge and attention to detail truly set them apart. If you want a dedicated and results-driven real estate team, look no further. Thank you, Courtney and Breannan, for making this a quick and painless experience

Courtney and her team were exceptional and I would recommend to absolutely anyone! Honest, reliable, genuine advice and friendly and clear communication and friendly professional assistance whenever it was needed. Excellent understanding of the market and trends.

We are regular investors and are astounded at Courtney's level or professionalism and market insight, along with her ability to get our property sold in such a short space of time. We had one or two stutters with potential buyers who couldn't see through very minor property maintenance items, but every time it went off track, we immediately found ourselves with another buyer at the same marker.

Courtney knows the market well. She is warm and very caring. As sellers, we were very comfortable dealing with Courtney from the time we met and even beyond settlement. Her team is amazing to deal with. They were very prompt in responding to our questions and always addressed any concerns that arose. We would recommend Courtney and her team to anyone who wants to sell or even buy, especially in the Waterford and Waterford West areas, as suburb specialists. You will not be disappointed.

One word "Outstanding" describes King and Company Property Group. I have entrusted them with management of my property for many years, and recently the sale of my property. Without reservation, I cannot more highly recommend them for selling or management of a property. In the selling of my property Courtney & Bree were both very professional and definitely new the current market and were able to negotiate an unbelievable price. They guided me thru the sale process with constant updates.

Courtney and the team gave us a seamless experience from the start right to the end of the process. Communication was always quick, reliable and very professional. Courtney's knowledge of the market gave us the best results, our sale were quick and better than expected. The team truly deserve the title of best selling agents in the area and we would not hesitate to recommend Courtney and her team to anyone looking to sell in Waterford and surrounds.

As Courtney and her Team sold a property for me a few years ago, she was the first choice when it came to selling my partners property. The King and Co team kept us up to date at all times and are always willing to answer any questions. Thank you again Courtney - we highly recommend you!

Courtney and her team are absolutely amazing! Walked us through every step of selling our home. Super friendly and so easy to talk to about everything. Will definitely be using Courtney and her team again when the time comes.
