It's been 12 years since I bought a place so I realise that technology has moved on and a lot of the correspondence is now by email and text message but I find it very hard to rate a business when you have minimal face to face contact. I guess it's a sign of the times and I'm showing my age but I work in customer service so most if my dealings are person to person. My property was as advertised and as presented so no problems with that but not a great experience anymore
