We found Courtney and her team were well organised, efficient and lovely to deal with. Courtney has great local knowledge of property values and put the effort in to achieve a great result for us. She always kept us updated along the way. We were very happy with the sale of our home from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending Courtney to sell your property.
Highly recommend - very easy process, communication is on point, great advice. Planned, executed and delivered perfectly. Can't flaw them on anything.

Amazing selling experience with Courtney and her team! Courtney exceeded our expectations in every way possible. She went above and beyond in all aspects of the selling process. Communication was excellent and I loved the very detailed reports. I can’t fault Courtney and her team. My property was sold in less than a week for a price better than we expected. Highly recommend!!!.
Through this process I found it very smooth. The communication was open using Whatsapp and I had all the information I needed, when I needed it. I got a higher sales price than was first discussed which is always a blessing.

The sale experience with Courtney and the team at King & Company was fantastic. Courtney and the team demonstrated excellent local knowledge and achieved a great sale price exceeding our expectations. Their communication was timely, honest and professional. They get a 5 star recommendation from us.
It's been 12 years since I bought a place so I realise that technology has moved on and a lot of the correspondence is now by email and text message but I find it very hard to rate a business when you have minimal face to face contact. I guess it's a sign of the times and I'm showing my age but I work in customer service so most if my dealings are person to person. My property was as advertised and as presented so no problems with that but not a great experience anymore
I felt comfortable in allowing Courtney to handle the sale of my property. We achieved a higher than expected sale price too. All the paper work was looked after efficiently and the last practical jobs in getting to settlement were done professionally. I couldn't be more pleased.
We would highly recommend Courtney and her very capable team. The entire selling process was a positive experience and the team were all very professional, helpful and polite. Communication throughout the sale process was excellent. A special thank you to Breannan who assisted us with the sale in Courtney’s absence. We achieved a quick sale and were very happy with the selling price.
