Courtney was entrusted with auctioning our family home of 23 years, within a matter of 3 weeks. He was quick and efficient in organizing the marketing, staging of the house etc. whilst we were away. With the markets shifting due to interest rate hikes, this would have been a challenge for any Agent, although Courtney took it upon himself to get the best possible price for our home and understood the emotions involved in selling our much loved abode.
