We engaged Courtney and Rachel to sell our modern home in Murrumbeena in April 2026. The market's conditions were very bad but Courtney managed to find a few serious buyers. The house was sold after listing for less than 3 weeks. The offers were much higher than our reserve price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to any prospectus buyers and sells.

I was very impressed with Courtney and I couldn't recommend he and his team highly enough. Communication skills were excellent and he took the time to clearly explain the process of selling a house. Queries were answered promptly and feedback from prospective buyers was provided as soon as possible. I appreciated the fact that he was always present at the open for inspections as he said he would be at our initial meeting. I believe that having a principal agent double up as auctioneer is a definite advantage as he knew our house well and appreciated it's finer points.
