Mat is an absolute gem! In what was a very daunting situation, selling my father's estate after he had passed. Mat ensured that throughout the process we were given all the options and never felt pressured into anything. We were thankful to secure our new home, and Matthew certainly worked with both sides to ensure that we were negotiating and not just being vague in regards to offers. In hind-site, we probably should have taken an extra day to two, but we are pleased with the outcome and Matthew helped us to then sell our home quickly to fund this purchase.
