Having dealt with Matthew on our purchase, I could not recommend him highly enough in terms of communications and helpfulness. As compared to other agents we engaged with, Matthew always returned calls same day. Matthew responds to emails pretty much same day. He has shown tremendous flexibility in any ask we have had about the property and has been willing to go take the additional personal actions to follow up and close out on questions that we have raised. Matthew has been a pleasure to work with and from my experiences generally with real estate agents, he is a stand out in terms of service to a purchaser.

In Kyle Brand's absence overseas, Matthew managed the open house, expressions of interest and offers. He was reassuringly positive and always very prompt in following up potential purchasers and answering their (and my) questions. He gave sound advice along the way, and was a good negotiator. It was great to have him acting for me and I can recommend him to other potential sellers. (Note: Although market knowledge is rated highly, I did not have direct experience of this as this was an aspect of the sale which Kyle was involved in)
