Craig lived is a local at Port Macquarie and explained north facing homes and the benefits vs South facing & how much cooler in the back yard in summer and warmer in the winter so we can enjoy the outdoors even more - even to dolphins swim in the canals. He let us wander through them home and Craig answered any questions we had - what My wife really liked was how genuine Craig came across which made us feel so much more comfortable. Craig is a gentleman, excellent at listening and asking the right questions so there is absolute clarity from the start of what you are hoping to achieve. I was impressed with Craig's amount of feedback after each open house and the way he described some people's needs and how he came up with solutions for them eg turning a laundry into another bathroom as there was a second laundry downstairs. Craig took time, more than once to help me put a few final touches on a room such as helping to move a lot of small boxes or carrying awkward but light things down stairs after I had twisted both ankles!
