Craig lived is a local at Port Macquarie and explained north facing homes and the benefits vs South facing & how much cooler in the back yard in summer and warmer in the winter so we can enjoy the outdoors even more - even to dolphins swim in the canals. He let us wander through them home and Craig answered any questions we had - what My wife really liked was how genuine Craig came across which made us feel so much more comfortable.
