Accurate pricing also ensured that a maximum crowd came to the one open house that was all that was needed. In pouring rain and a depressed market, they came and competition was fierce among prospective purchasers. so much so that the property was sold for more than a hundred thousand dollars above the listed, anticipated price. I could not have asked for more from Craig and the team he organised. Craig was always available to assist me with prompt and well-reasoned responses whenever he was contacted.
