In September 2017 I called Gilmour Property Agents to come and give me an appraisal of my apartment. It was a short notice phone call to see if they could come that day. Craig said he could afternoon. I was more than happy with the discussions and phoned back in a couple of days to put the apartment on the market. It was a tough time as the market was decreasing over the next month really quickly. We spoke on a regular basis to adjust the price accordingly. Craig always at the beginning of each week reviewed with me what the people thought and if there was interest. It was a trying and frustrating time for both Craig and myself as the apartment met most peoples needs but the levies were high. I said to Craig if he didn't want to continue after the first contract I understand. He said that he had invested his time in this and wanted to see it to the end. After many people coming through the open homes and private showings, and 2 separate contracts renewed, and on my way to a 3rd contract the right person came along and signed on the dotted line.
