Liaising closely with all staff, my goal is to ensure every client of Century 21 Coast Realty has a memorable real estate experience as a result of the high level of service we provide. After a career in corporate sales & manufacturing, Craig studied to gain full accreditation as a Real Estate Licensee and a Licensed Auctioneer. Craig has managed the successful Century 21 Coast Realty business since 2004, and owned the business since 2007. Outside of business Craig enjoys spending time with his wife Robyn, their two dogs, and two adult sons and their partners. Professional with a capital P!!!

If you are looking to sell your property I highly recommend Craig Balme and his fabulous team at Century 21 in Mandurah. We had an "offer" after the 1st "Home Open" which I believe was due to the wonderful effort taken with pre-marketing our home. Craig is highly professional and trustworthy but extremely friendly at the same time. His constant communication and high level of respect made us feel at ease during the selling process. Easy to deal with & informative

We found Craig and his agency staff very good to deal with. Craig was always very punctual at our meetings and kept us fully informed following our home opens during our selling period. He was always very optimistic and confident of a sale and discussed different sale strategies with us during a time that we were a little stressful. Overall we were very happy with Craig and 21 Century from the initial listing to the final sale period. We would recommend their services to any potential sellers/buyers.

Purchase of property

Craig did the initial inspections and offer preparation, he was very patient and took the time to explain every step. After the offer process dealing with Rochelle was very easy. Every concern was answered in a timely manner and no request was ever to much of an issue. Even after settlement Rochelle has been in touch to make sure there are no other on going issues to follow up. Thanks for all the help to both you you :)
