To give 5 stars would mean no room for improvement , we all need room to improve hence 4 stars. 3 stars for negotiation as we felt the buyers for Banjup came forward with a firm fixed best offer that we after much self deliberation accepted. As for Madora Bay, we offered a way above asking price that also negated need for negotiation. To say we would recommend again should be testament enough.

We both had complete confidence in Craig and it wasn't misplaced. I believe he put in a lot of effect to make everything work out well for all parties. He was a pleasure to deal with and his consideration was much appreciated.

Craig pushes for the best price for the seller while making the purchaser fell comfortable. The purchase was a pleasure and not stressful at all. He is a true professional.

As a buyer we found him to have exceeded our expectations in terms of looking after our interests. He went over and above what we expected. An example of this was Craig's insistence that we fill up the spa to test it and ensure that everything was working correctly as part of the final inspection. In his own time he also opened up the house and stayed with us when we were looking at the furniture and helped to facilitate the purchase of a number of items that we were interested in from the previous owner. I can't speak highly enough of Craig Balme and his assistants at Century 21 Mandurah. In a fairly tough market Craig managed to achieve a record price for our property, a beach front home in Seascapes, Halls Head. We were constantly updated and provided with feedback from potential buyers. Although the sale took a long time, Craig stuck to the price range we had set and at no point did he try to make us accept a lower offer. I found Craig to be very well informed, an excellent negotiator and a consummate professional, even when faced with unrealistic offers!
