Danny & I are very grateful for the Craig's professionalism, knowledge of the area, care & help in finding our next dream home and making our purchase so easy. We are moving from Sydney to make life easier for us due to my ill health. Both my parents are very sick and currently only life 17 houses up from us - So this is a very big move for us. Something I never thought I'd never do. We first me Craig when viewing a house he was showing. This house was not for us, at all. Craig asked us what we were after and before too long he asked if we had seen 17 Coorung Close. He hadn't. Craig said he thought 17 Coorung Close would be something we should look at - on Craig's suggestion we waited the extra few hours to go and see it. As soon as I walked into the place I knew it was the one for us. We may an offer and left it with Craig and drove off. By the time we drove around the corner I was in tears. I wanted that house so much. I felt so at ease there. Nothing I've ever felt before. Even though we didn't know whether we had it or not, I didnt want to look at any more houses. We had a little competition and a couple of small hurdles to get over and in the end we had it! Craig just seemed to understand us and helped us through this challenge. We now have something I can't wait to move into and will now also be able to accommodate my parents when the day comes they can no longer live on their own and they come to live with us. We have nothing but praise for Craig's professionalism, direction and support and would & will strongly recommend Craig & his team to anyone considering buying or sellling in this area.
