We bought through Craig and whilst he was working for the vendor, he kept us up-to-date with responses to our offers, and how to proceed. There were some hiccups for settlement date, owing to vendors need to move a little later, and Craig smoothed out the process.

I Don't really have a lot to say about the way Craig conducts himself. If he concentrated as much on his work as he does about telling everyone how great an agent he is this story may be different. We purchased said property off Mcgrath Wollongong with the assumption Craig was the Agent. This has not been the case at all though as all our dealings have been through Annika.
