Craig is just SO MUCH FUN to deal with, which is hardly surprising as the man is keenly driven, and eager to sell. Craig got me a sale price way above my expectation, sold my house in next to no time, and it was all settled within 30 days. (How does he do it???) As the vendor, I just could not, COULD NOT have contemplated selling without enlisting the help and expertise of this great man. Thank you so much Craig on a job well done. Bravissimo!
Craig knew that purchasing a house is usually a big deal. He was patient as well as very imformative in regards to the workings of the house, or in other words - Craig had bothered to research the ins and outs of the house, I went on to purchase. Craig also showed care when at one stage I was seriously looking at breaching the contract within the cooling of period. After lengthy discussions with my financial planner, appertaining to the effect of purchasing this house, we found an alternative to having to breach the contract, and Craig took all this in his stride, and not once did I feel that Craig showed anything bar, care and understanding, which was really appreciated. The emphasis in the way the house was sold, was again and again, as Craig was to point out, was the house itself. Craig knew the property was a good buy, and a great property full stop, hence all Craig had to do, as well as doing it well, was to simply be honest. Craig helped me with one of the biggest decisions in my life. I did not have anyone with me, bar Craig himself, and all I can really say is that I was glad it was Craig, and that I am thankful to Craig In all aspects of this house purchase.

She was very easy to communicate with, and I'm sure from the seller's point of view, quite successful, given that she was able to extract additional funds above our offer. Notwithstanding that she was very professional in her conduct. We were fortunate in that she had substantial local knowledge of the property and its "workings" which have been helpful since we took possession. We would recommend her as a selling agent for any local property.
