Craig had great knowledge of the area we were selling and was always on the phone to let me know interested buyers and when he could get people through. As a first time seller I felt very comfortable speaking to him anytime with questions I had about selling. Overall a really great guy who i will be calling in the future to sell.
I am very happy with the outcome of the sale of 23 Rotherham St Belmont, 3216. Craig did an excellent job at negotiating with the party's during the sale. He kept a cool head and ensured that we didn't rush in at the first offer that came along. He clearly explained the benefits of the marketing campaign, and how best to maximise the exposure. He was always positive about the outcome, was pleasant and demonstrated a good sense of humour. The only area where there could have been improvement was directly after the auction, where I didn't hear from Craig for a few days, which seemed out of character. From the first inspection Craig was open, friendly and easy to communicate with. He answered question and looked into anything re the specific's of the property we asked about. He was not pushy at all through the entire process and gave us ample time to come back and play with everything that locked, opened, closed, turned on or off, heated or cooled. He never rushed us and has always made times to suit our schedule, even with the outsourced inspections. He then also introduced us to his rental team at our request and from the rental agreement to tenant selection, it could not have been smoother, more transparent and informative.
