Craig pointed us to another property he had listed and it ticked all the boxes (and more). Craig made sure the negotiation between buyer (us) and the seller was quick, clear and concise. We put forward a reasonable offer and it was accepted. We were so happy with Craig's service and his team. He has also made sure that we were able to have access after to show our family through. Land tax amounted to over $5000 on my property and the purchaser did not want to have allowance made for it on settlement. Craig offered to pay half to get the settlement completed
