My partner and I fell in love with the South Coast and particularly the Milton/Mollymook/Uludulla area since purchasing a weekender in Sussex Inlet nearly 4 years ago. When we finally decided to take the plunge from urban to rural living, we stumbled across a property on Croobyar Road. There, we met Jade whose calm style instantly put us at ease as we contemplated the reality of this major decision. A few weeks later, we visited the property again and knew it was for us. An offer made and accepted and quick settlement led to to our rural dream starting in 2026! Through the due diligence period and up to the settlement, Jade has been incredibly responsive and her soothing style continued to put us at ease with this major life decision.
