Craig did a great job negotiating the sale

Craig did an outstanding job in selling Murray's property. It was a difficult job as it involved the directions from the Public Trustee. Craig organised the cleaning and staging of the property as well as a couple of maintenance jobs to ensure the property was presentable to prospective buyers. When the offers started to came in, it was unbelievable how the sale price jumped. The price obtained was hundreds of thousands above what was expected. Craig had the best interest of the vendor in mind at all times.
