The entire process was managed efficiently and professionally. Communications were good and I would certainly use Craig in the future should I decide to buy or sell. The selling price had to be adjusted to suit the present market but the sale of the property was fast.

He was receptive in listening to what we were looking for and our budget and paired us with buyers selling a house that fit our needs exactly. We had a list of requirements for our property search and had been planning our purchase for years so we knew what we wanted and that it was realistic for us. Other agents in the area were very dismissive and unresponsive as we're young buyers and told us to settle for cheaper properties that didn't fit our needs. From our experience there is a huge difference between agents on the south coast and Craig is clearly one of the best.
