We were very impressed with Craig and his team.

Craig and the team were very accomodating and communicative. They were happy to spend time at a private inspection and a follow-up inspection once we made it clear to him we were highly interested. Craig gave us a good indication what we needed to offer and that offer was accepted by the vendor. He was good at following up on previous houses we had looked at without using pushy sales tactics, so it made him very easy to deal with. Craig seems to know his sales area thoroughly, and indeed some of the vendors using other agents. Very comfortable to recommend Craig.
