Craig was excellent to deal with through the entire process of selling our house. He guided us through the whole process from start to finish with his knowledge and experience of the local market. He was very straight forward and honest in his dealings with us, was always contactable and the end result exceeded our expectations.

There are too many positives about our working relationship with Craig so I’ll just mention a few times he surprised me which were completely unexpected and absolutely not in his job description. When Craig knew we wanted to sell our house quickly, he returned home early from his holiday. He drew up a list of properties he thought would be of interest for us to buy. ( In an area far away from his expertise.) He researched a home we desperately wanted to buy. Craig was always contactable or rang back asap. In a nutshell: Within two days we had a private house inspection. Within four days we had the first open inspection. Within seven days we accepted an offer. Within eight weeks we received settlement. My husband and I couldn’t fault him and give him a rating of 11 out of ten!

Craig was very professional and we would not hesitate to ask him to sell for us again in the future.
