( In an area far away from his expertise.) He researched a home we desperately wanted to buy. Craig was always contactable or rang back asap. In a nutshell: Within two days we had a private house inspection. Within four days we had the first open inspection. Within seven days we accepted an offer. Within eight weeks we received settlement. My husband and I couldn’t fault him and give him a rating of 11 out of ten!
