Started out well, however property too some time to sell. Ordinary communication via very brief report. At contract, didn’t follow rules for unit disclosure placing validity at risk. Agent lost $175 disclosure statement & expected me to re-purchase. Exclusive agent sign used but not exclusive. At settlement the agency asked for payment of the deposit as they hadn’t received but they had a contract stage confirmed received in trust.?? No telephone call as congratulations on settlement at all. Unprofessional and no consideration for protection of Seller interest.
