It was a pleasure to work with Craig Hadfield to sell my property. The property was not easy to sell because it was in a semi-remote rural area and had quite a few unique features. This meant that the purchase price was higher than most local people could contemplate. After separating the property into two parcels we quickly obtained buyers for the main part of the property at a price acceptable to us. Craig was diligent, hard-working, enthusiastic and fully committed to the sale. He was always approachable and a very calming influence when we were worried that sale is not proceeding as rapidly as we hoped. I would certainly recommend Craig to prospective sellers in his area.
