We used Craig and Nik to sell our property in Waterford West. I did my research prior to contacting Craig as we wanted an agent with a strong sales record. Despite a seemingly never ending series of complications outside of our control (including difficulties with tenants/rental agency [NOT linked with Harper Realty], and buyers facing unexpected finance problems due to the banking enquiry) Craig and Nik never once put us in the too-hard basket, and maintained constant communication with us throughout. They demonstrated a great deal of integrity, which was a nice change from some of the real estate agents I've dealt with in the past, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I will recoment to anybody then the service is very good.
Craig and his team were in the job till the sold sign went up. Constantly keeping us informed of where they were with the marketing and contracts. They even helped us organise a handyman quickly to do some little jobs around the property. It is worth your time and effort to speak with Craig if you are selling.

Craig & Nik are extremely good agents and their knowledge of the markets are is invaluable when selling our house. What I like about them is they do not pressure you into selling out to the first prospective buyer. They are very puntual and honest nothing false about them. They tell you up front everything you need to know and tell you straight, nothing false about them. They work for you and work tirelessly to do the best for you. I thoroughly recomend them.
Last year we engaged Craig to sell our house in Marsden. Craig is different from any other agent that I have encountered before he was realistic with his appraisal of what he would acheive from the sale,he backed this up with evidence from previous sales. nts Craig was different from other agents that lure you with an inflated figure and then talk it down when i cant be acheived. I would recommend Craig to anyone either seller or buyer he will do the best for you.
