Nik and Craig were wonderful to deal with and made the whole process of purchasing our first home very easy!

Craig Harper is a great sales person and i would be happy to recomend him. The only thing I had trouble with is he didn't explain things like i had to be out of the home at settlement day i had to find out by my friends. Not good.

After a very stressful 6 months trying to sell my property through another real estate agent I was put onto the team at All Suburbs Real Estate. Craig was amazing he listened to everything I had to say and what I needed to happen and he followed through by selling my property within 7 days on the market! Very professional, knows the market, lots of contacts, delivered what was promised, goes above and beyond and very great at communicating. What more could you want from an agent. Craig was very enthusiastic and proactive. After a contract crashed we changed to Craig. He listened to our concerns after the previous nightmare we'd dealt with (a different agent!!!) and it was a much nicer experience. The process was smooth and he had another contract quickly. He did not push us to take the contract but let us discuss it, which we appreciated. Although the buyers were not overly negotiable on price, Craig negotiated the conditions to suit our needs. Nik also assisted Craig and was very professional.
