I would highly recommend Craig to anyone selling their home. I found Craig, professional, courteous, down to earth and really easy to deal with. He kept me informed at all times about the progress of the sale, (myself, living in a different state, was difficult for him at times) Nothing was ever an issue for Craig, I am so glad I chose him to sell my property.

After trying unsuccessfully to sell my 2 bedroom villa in Crestmead myself, I used a 'find an agent' app and Craig was the first agent to actually call me. Others sent through profiles but no personal contact. Craig assured me that if we got people through there would be no problem getting a sale. The property was on realestate.com.au for 3 days. I was over the moon. My head is still in a spin. His follow up and response to my many questions was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig to anyone, especially in the area which he knows backwards. Thanks again Craig.

Overall my experience with Craig was great. The costs associated with selling were competitive (commission and advertising), he is proactive and very keen to make a sale. Craig has a solid network investors from local and interstate markets which made this sale very quick and seamless. I made contact with Craig after receiving a letter drop with his profile, we discussed the condition and status of the property on a Monday, Craig did a drive by of the site on the Tuesday, we agreed on a listing price Wednesday and had an open house on the Saturday which resulted in an offer. This did how ever fall through. After dropping the price of the house I got another offer within 2 weeks on a 30 day contract which resulted in the sale.

Craig has a lot of experience of real estate in the Logan area. His knowledge on my needs are met very well. From beginning of meeting till the last contract is written he has taken great care and consideration. I'd recommend him to some of my friends.

Although Craig seemed genuine about gaining me a great price the market he told me was not at what i needed as a result i ended up paying more in advertising fee's although my unit was not even advertised within the real estate window. The only time i felt that i gained good service from Craig was when i reluctantly signed a contract which he advised me was for amendments to the contract but ended up being the sale contract. Long story short I gained a sale price of approximately $20 000 less then what i needed and will be reluctant to deal with any real estate agents in the future in buying or selling property.

If you want a great agent then Craig is your man. This also goes if you are looking for a home or investment. Craig was extremely knowledgeable and understood the area and property trends. Craig did not waste our time by showing us inappropriate properties. After a short time he was able to determine exactly what we wanted and properties which suited our needs and requirements. The only issue I had was my wife who made negotiating near impossible as she fell in love with the house we bought. I think her words were "I love this house and we are going to buy it NOW!" What can you say, A happy wife is a happy home. Thanks Craig you made my wife very happy. :-) Me too!

Craigs, knowledge of the pricing of the property was good,what he thought the property would sell for was in the range we had talked about. Sale was completed in under a week, so very happy with result,i would use Craig again.

I'd been researching properties in the area for awhile leading up to our finances being in place, so when Craig met me at the property I already knew what I wanted.
