We have had an investment property in Marsden for the last 9 years. During those years, I have contact with Craig Harper from Harper Reality. Even through we have never met in person as we don’t live in the area. I believe I have come to know and trust Craig. Very recently we decided to put the property on the market. I contacted many real Estate Agents for an appraisal and while most of them came across as being genuinely helpful, it was Craig that stood out and he went out of his way to help with our situation at the time. We decided to engage him to market the house. The property hit the market on the Thursday and Craig received and offer the next day. He then held an open house on the following Saturday. After the open house Craig followed up with the people who had been and inspected the property and he ended up with several offers that same day. He worked with potential buyers on Sunday. By Monday a contract was signed. The house had only been on the market for 4 days. We are very happy that we chose Craig as our agent because he kept us informed every step of the way through the process. As soon as he was informed of something, he would pass that information onto us. He really did go out of his way to make suggestions of what needed to be done and help as far as organizing people to do repairs and touch ups in order to get the property ready for sale.
