My wife and I have known Craig Harper for a few years now as we purchased our home in 2016 and Craig was the sales agent for the seller. Craig was very professional and impressed us enough for us to remember who we wanted to sell our home when the time came. We contacted Craig about 12 months ago when we thought we might sell our home . From the moment Craig walked into our home his presence and energy he bought in the room with his visions on how he was gonna sell our beloved home was amazing. He walked us through each step explaining how every step works and what was needed from us as well as him, he had a set time frame he put forward on how soon he can get our home up on the market and have it sold on the first open home. I contacted Craig at least 2 years prior before deciding to sell the property to get an evaluation of the market and where my property sat in that market. At the time he offered honest advice and suggested I wait longer to get the price I wanted. At that time he explained that the Brisbane market was not particularly like Sydney and that the market moved slower depending on the area of purchase.
