Well this is a great, honest, person who I highly recommend. These people from barry plant sold our house, when I had 4 agents prior to them and they could.nt sell our house.it took them 2 and half years and did not sell, THEN BARRYPLANT CAME ALONG AND SOLD OUR HOUSE IN ABOUT 10 DAYS. Well they just did not give up,and they sold our house. We are over the moon when they came in with a offer and we sold. When I first met Craig he was friendly, knowledgeable of the market and asked questions to ascertain what we were after. Great Real Estate Agent - After meeting with 4 other Real Estate Agents, Craig was the most honest and easiest to get along with. We had a very easy handover with the new owners and they were happy at the final inspection of the house! Craig was very good with communication and his staff were very friendly and approachable. We never had any issues with the sale of our home and we would recommend Craig to anyone in the market of selling there home.

Unable to write a positive review as we are highly disappointed with this Real Estate Office!! We purchased a home through Craig and would not recommend buying or selling with them. He made it obvious in his poor treatment towards us that they have no care towards the buyer! An electrical issue that could have caused a major house fire only resulted in a phone call to the vendors and no resolution. This review could have become positive had Barry Plant Pakenham actually made an effort to rectify the situation.
