We had a fairly straight-forward dealing with Craig, just buying a block of land. Craig was an absolute gentleman, though; he was incredibly pro-active in following things up, explained everything clearly and really went out of his way to accomodate our schedule. Would happily work with him again!

We have been very happy with Craig. He was honest with us from the outset and clearly committed to both vendor and us as the purchaser. He was one of the few agents that called when he said he would. Not that I expected him to, but when I sent him a sms late at night or on the weekend, he responded promptly, providing me with peace of mind he had things in hand, which provided me with peace of mind that I did not need to think about that point any further. The thing that I really liked about Craig was that he was not how I perceived a real estate agent to be, he was not slick, he was honest, he didn't go down the slippery sales path, he just asked what he want in a house, and when we want it. We were good customers as we knew what we wanted and when we wanted it, we also had pre-approval, so no need to insert finance clauses. Whilst at the house, he didn't follow us around like a puppy dog either, however was close-by if we needed to ask a question. He is a likeable guy and clearly has the right persona for this field of work. He also referred us to a conveyancer which we have been happy with, although we already had a conveyancer from a previous purchase, this new conveyancer has been very good. Craig has been easy to deal with and he has changed my perception of estate agents a little, and I am happy we bought from him, the vendors also spoke highly of him when we met them.
