After having tried to sell our house in Castle Cove about 3 years ago - different market and agent - with little genuine interest, we tried again in September 2021, this time with the added complication of dealing with Covid. Yes, the market was very different than in 2018, but agents had to work a lot harder this time whilst remaining compliant with the Covid restrictions. All visitors had to prebook, be allocated specific viewing times, follow ups via phone and text. All this requires a lot more effort from the agent. Craig, Sharon, Jack and Angelina were prompt with all communications. We were never left hanging. Having agents who live a few streets away was also a help. We wound up not having a conventional auction - Covid - but rather a long series of phone calls and texts with prospective buyers. This lasted about 6 hours and ended at 9.30pm. Sharon and Jack were in constant communication with the prospects. A very long day for our agents. These are experienced real estate agents. Their long hours resulted in a sale which was significantly above our expectations. Thank you to Team Ireson for your commitment.
