My husband and I have been actively looking in the market for months and we have found the process very frustrating (losing half your Saturday to places that don't look how you pictured them from the photos, struggling to get a gage on what a good price would be, no response back from real estate agents, securing finance etc). There's also a lot of game playing with real estate agents that we can't stand. Honestly we thought we'd never find the right place. Then, we met Craig! He is completely different to every other agent we have ever dealt with. He is very communicative, (he knew so much about the property and the area), he gave up an hour on his Sunday to show it to us after calling me back on Sunday morning to answer all the questions we had about it (we missed the 2nd last inspection before auction so we thought it was a long shot) and he told us everything we needed to arrange if we wanted to buy it before auction. From seeing it on Sunday to making an offer on the Monday, to buying our new home by Wednesday - he made the process easy and transparent. I can only imagine how happy the vendors must have been with the quick turnaround. We were serious buyers in the market and for some reason we weren't being taken seriously.
