Dont forward buyer's emails on to owners. You should form your own professional email taking into consideration the buyers email. Don't screen shot the buyer or owners text message string and forward it in on to the other party, it is extremely lazy and completely impersonal/unprofessional. Know about the property before the open home.

Craig valued my property higher than what I expected was achievable and provided a history of recent sales in the area to support his valuation, within 4 days of listing my property he generated 14 viewings and sold the property above the listed price. Given his local knowledge and ability to drive customer traffic i would never use another agent if i was selling in this area.

We had a few agents do an appraisal for us and in the end we decided to go with Craig and we are glad we did.
