We bought this place whilst we were selling another property in the same area. Craig was the agent for both. Again, very happy with his non-pushy, non-obtrusive style, as I have experienced with others. Good market knowledge and good negotiation skills meant our offer was presented to the sellers and we were able to negotiate a purchase.
Craig was not pushy, gave us his opinion without any sugar-coating and after some initial teething problems (mainly ours as the the owner) we were able to get a realistic price for our house. Even after a couple of contracts fell through, Craig contacted several of his contacts meaning the house was only on the market for a very short time.
We found Craig to be very friendly and approachable, and he handled our sale very well. Didn't come across with the usual in-your-face pitch of a typical salesperson, so we were pleased with that. Very happy with the outcome - keep up the good work, Craig!

First time buying a home and you get really excited about the little things. Seller wouldn't negotiate down at all which pushed us over our budget but we did it becusse we had our heart set on that location. After all the back and forth I was excited to get my first picture in front of the block of land with a "sold" sticker on the advertisement in front of the land, I went down 2 days after settlement and there was no sold sticker and the sign had been taken down. Might sound a bit silly but missed out on taking that classic first home owners picture and when you spend $315k I feel that's the least you can offer to say thank you. I have friends who's parents are in real estate and they call the client to let them know the sticker is there and for how long, so I can't be the only one who gets excited by the little things. Other then that I Craig did his job and remained professional so I wouldn't suggest not working with him, but if your expecting a sold sticker maybe ask for it before the sale goes through so you get it.
