Choosing an agent was something I put a lot of thought into, and I phoned around and spoke to various agents in the area, always asking for the most experienced of the agents. Even though we had been using McGrath Wilston as our rental agents didn't mean I was committed to using them as our sales agent. However, from my first meeting with Craig, my impression was "he could sell ME a house!" His knowledge, his confidence, his warm personality and his diligence around communication is truly outstanding. Craig has now sold two properties for us, and out of all the property sales we've done in the past with other agents in various states of Australia, his service has been "above and beyond". What most impressed me was that he was genuinely on our side, working for the best price for us. I've had other agents that simply wanted the sale to go through with the least effort, and have worked to get us "down" in our expectations and result and to get the buyers "up". I'd recommend Craig as a preferred Estate Agent for anyone selling a property who wants someone who is truely dedicated to their business of selling your your property. I relied on Craig for everything as I had already moved interstate and had left the task of selling my property as quickly as possible (with the least amount of hassle) to Craig.
