Choosing an agent was something I put a lot of thought into, and I phoned around and spoke to various agents in the area, always asking for the most experienced of the agents. Even though we had been using McGrath Wilston as our rental agents didn't mean I was committed to using them as our sales agent. However, from my first meeting with Craig, my impression was "he could sell ME a house!"
