Very early on Craig gave advice on how to prepare my home which is important for selling.Craig was attentive during our first meeting and made a lot of notes, he was interested in the layout of each room and gave advice. Before selling, Craig walked me through the processes of staging and final preparations. He gave advice in a timely manner during the sale process. He has a calm and confident manner. Craig did seem genuinlely interested in selling the property.

Craig approached me out of the blue with perfect timing while I was on the lookout for a suitable selling agent. He provided a convincing sales appraisal for my apartment based on latest sales figures and trends within the vicinity. I was impressed by his knowledge of the local East Perth market and he provided much practical advice on how to best to present the property and strategies for the sale process. Craig is so easy to deal with. This was important to us as we did not live in the place our property was for sale, plus it was a tenanted rental. This meant that we relied on Craig more to be our eyes and ears in regard to the presentation of the property for sale as well as communicating with the tenant in regard to opening and viewing times. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond to get us the price we wanted and dealt with all the issues and difficulties that arose without breaking a sweat (or so it seemed!!) Always available and kept us up to date with what was happening so we felt confident even though we werent there to check ourselves.
