Craig was very attentive and supportive. Very early on Craig gave advice on how to prepare my home which is important for selling.Craig was attentive during our first meeting and made a lot of notes, he was interested in the layout of each room and gave advice. Before selling, Craig walked me through the processes of staging and final preparations. He gave advice in a timely manner during the sale process. He has a calm and confident manner. Craig did seem genuinlely interested in selling the property.

Craig approached me out of the blue with perfect timing while I was on the lookout for a suitable selling agent. He provided a convincing sales appraisal for my apartment based on latest sales figures and trends within the vicinity. I was impressed by his knowledge of the local East Perth market and he provided much practical advice on how to best to present the property and strategies for the sale process. Throughout the sales process, Craig kept me informed regularly with all developments and potential offers. Overall, the sale process went very smoothly and I am completely satisfied by Craig's performance and work ethic. I would not hesitate to reach out to Craig for future sales opportunities.
