Craig got an offer on our place within 1 day. Unfortunately it fell thru and in 1 day of it being on the market again he obtained another offer. I would definately hire him again.

Craig seemed to only represent the sellers interests. I asked multiple times about my options regarding dates for finance approval, settlement etc. Only after, I assume, the owner asked Craig about my finance approval did he discuss it with me. Craig mentioned that the owner wanted to keep some of the furniture that he left behind in the house. I repeatedly asked Craig to confirm what furniture he wanted and Craig could never tell me. The owner eventually showed up and didn't want any of it - this debacle was very inconvenient for me.
