I am pleased to share my experience. Craig and his team worked very hard to sell my property and I appreciate their efforts. They have sound knowledge of the market and did not crumble under pressure. Craig believed my property was worth x$ and did not stop until he achieved it. He never once suggested selling at a lower figure even though he had multiple purchasers at any one given time offering what he believed was to low, his attitude and integrity meant I walked away very happy with the family result. I have worked with over 50 agents in my life and Craig is on the top of that list. I do not hesitate on giving praise and would be happy to discuss my experience further.

Craig seemed to only represent the sellers interests. I asked multiple times about my options regarding dates for finance approval, settlement etc. Only after, I assume, the owner asked Craig about my finance approval did he discuss it with me. Craig mentioned that the owner wanted to keep some of the furniture that he left behind in the house. I repeatedly asked Craig to confirm what furniture he wanted and Craig could never tell me. The owner eventually showed up and didn't want any of it - this debacle was very inconvenient for me.
Craig is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very reliable agent. His efforts are tireless and he went above and beyond to secure the best deal.
