For what might be called a challenging sale Craig Trolio sold my property twice on both first home opens (dont ask) his focus and understanding went above and beyond normal duty keeping steadfast through to settlement whereas a lessor agent might've cut and run choosing the lower hanging fruit of sales , especially in todays market. At times herding cats at award level it would seem. All said and done if Craig Trolio has my back , theres no need for me to check. By the sheer volume of sale boards in the area with his name on them I'm obviously not the only one who thinks this. I fully believe if it wasnt for Craig Trolio being at the wheel and not allowing process to stall with situations foreseen or not then im sure the deal would've ground to a stop .
