We were very happy with the service Team Trolio provided to us during the entire process of selling my property. We were always kept well informed with all calls being returned promptly. Great service and outstanding result, I would have no hesitation recommending Team Trolio.
Craig and his team worked hard to ensure I got as best as deal as I could. Craig was very prompt during the negotiation phase and I was also pleased with his honesty during other house inspections.
Greatcommunication and to deal with....got what we needed first time.
I have used Team Trolio to buy property in the past and most recently to sell my property.Their knowledge and experience in the real estate industry is second to none and they have delivered a quality service yet again. I would recommend them to future sellers and buyers looking for a team of agents who are personable, professional and get the job done.
Excellent service delivered with efficiency, professionalism and smile
He is currently selling a development I enlisted him to sell, so far half of the project is sold and through his negotiation skills have kept to the price per unit I set out to achieve. I would use Craig's services again.
Craig Trolio was everything an agent should be and more. His communication was excellent and I was kept well informed of every step in the purchase of my property. Along with Danielle Caruso, they both made buying my house easier and less daunting. Thank you team Trolio!
We dealt with Craig for over a year. Unfortunately for us the market had slowed down as we put our block in the market and it was on the market for over a year. Craig worked tirelessly to get us a buyer in a tricky market. His communication skills were impeccable and he works with honesty and a sense of integrity often found lacking in real estate agents in our experience to date. We would recommend Craig to friends and family and look forward to dealing with him in the future.
Craig was fabulous as a selling agent. He had excellent local knowledge, a great feel for the current market, without raising expectations to high, and negotiated incredibly well with the buyer (certainly above our expectations). Highly recommended.
Very Professional sound market knowledge and a good communicator
