Having dealt with many agents over the years Craig is definitely unique. His 17 years in the navy & Afghanistan have honed him into a highly disciplined, exacting personality. Hence the sale of my unit was effected with the planning and precision of a military operation, from our first 2 hour meeting at my home on a Tuesday to a sale and off market contract exchange by the next Monday. Craig continuously texted me during the sale process and was fast and focused in his communication with solicitors and the buyer to get the contract quickly finalised. Craig is also a very effective negotiator. He managed to persuade the tenant to allow entry to the unit before the compulsory 14 days notification which allowed him to show the unit to a small group of potential buyers already on his books. The off market sale allowed me to save staging and marketing costs of nearly 10K. Craig is clearly highly intelligent and dedicated to his craft. Big thumbs up from this seller.
