Craig is fantastic. Clearly knowledgeable and good at what his job. But also really genuine and trustworthy which is not common in that profession! Very up front and honest. Easy to communicate with, and he gave regular updates along the process which was reassuring. Craig was the agent for the vendor and we were the purchasers but it felt like he really was trying to be fair to all. If we decide to sell in the future we will likely go with Craig.
